I want you back.

Did you just burst into song? Depending on your age you’ll either have Jackson 5 or *N’sync stuck in your head for the rest of the day. You’re welcome.

So often times Satan allows us to feel less than. He lets us look at other moms, other women in general, and just decide we’ll never be as good as them. He wants us to believe we’ll never be as faithful, as patient, as kind, as crafty, as <insert your weakness here> as them so that we aren’t living up to our full potentialΒ and getting into the word for truth. Meanwhile, God is telling us that we’re all he ever wanted. (See what I did there? πŸ˜‰ ) Last blog I posted about deciding if you’re in or out. Today, it’s time to decide that you’reΒ worthyΒ enough to be in. That even if you’ve been out in the past, God wants you back. The bible tells us that no one will be snatched from the Fathers hand (John 10:29), not even you. In Psalm 138:7-8 it says this ” Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes, with your right hand you save me. The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your love, O Lord endures forever- do not abandon the works of your hands”. As long as we are willing to live inside God’s will, he WILL fulfill his purpose in us, even in the midst of trouble. So if you read my last blog post and thought to yourself “I think I’m livingΒ outside of God’s will” rest assured my friend, he wants you back.

And for all you Jackson 5’ers … won’t you please let HimΒ back in your heart? πŸ˜‰
